Our Founder

My name is Danielle West and I serve as the CEO of Better, a company created to help at-risk women thrive and flourish. After a career of working as a teacher, school administrator, and owning my own children's clothing business, as well as being a stay-at-home mom for nearly a decade, I decided to merge my background and love for retail clothing with my desire to serve others and offer a quality product to our customers. So, we formed Better in early 2018, bringing together a leadership team that leverages years of industry experience, entrepreneurial dreams, and a vision for a better world through improving the lives of our employees and customers alike.
